The Green Mountain Valley School, Mt. Hood Summer Ski camp is headed up by Adam Julius and has been an integral part of ski racing development for many years. Through this two week camp young skiers are given the opportunity to further their skiing ability's, make lifelong friends, and have an amazing experience. Day 5



Awesome day of sunshine on GS skis! Today we started to focus on fixing individual weaknesses (as opposed to the last couple of days working on the basics as a group). On the steep section of our lane a brush corridor drill was set and on the bottom a GS course and brush course was set.
For dry-land we went to Welches school for some circuit training. The circuits included soccer, football, kickball, agility, core, and speed.
